I learned this lesson the hard way!

And to be honest with you nobody would have guessed how much I struggled and how exhausting it was to try to balance my high achievement drive and my life and work when my brain was on stress mode!

I looked pretty good on the outside….

I spent a decade of my life in the laboratories studying toxicology, learning all about the human body, how to maintain its optimal functioning and how to prevent and reverse conditions that disrupt its peak performance.

I even developed five drugs for three different types of cancer!

I then used all the knowledge from my

formal scientific education, to build a

successful 20-year career in

corporate healthcare,

met and married “the one”,

became a mother,

bought the nice house (and the car)

and one by one, I checked off

all the things I had been told would allow me

to finally be able to relax and enjoy my life.


But that day would never come…

While I was collecting external trophies, internally, I was a shipwreck.

I lived with extreme stress levels 24/7, I had a hard time sleeping, I experienced severe brain fog, heart palpitations, and I often turned to food and alcohol at the end of the day to relax.


My brain was so overwhelmed that I could not see my way out, I felt completely stuck, and my inner critic tormented me and pushed me to work harder and harder to whip myself back up to tip-top levels of performance…

Until one day, at the peak of my outward success, not only did I burn out, but I suffered severe damage to my spine as a direct result!

What happened to me is a well-documented consequence of living with chronic, uncontrolled stress!

A consequence that I could have avoided had I known what I know today about our brain and how we can actually work with it to thrive (in a stressful world) without burning out!

And it was at that moment of intense suffering that I decided to launch my own revolution!

I delved back into science, got up to speed with the latest mind-body research, got certified as an integrative wellness practitioner, and developed a practical framework that allows us to free our brain from stress and reinstate our balance, wellbeing, and peak performance 100% within our control!

I now know that our brain is a powerful organ, and it only gets stuck inside the vicious circles of stress because of how it has evolved… it's only trying to protect us and give us the highest survival advantage.

However, our brain's efficiency in identifying threats and mobilizing our systems for defense turns it from an asset into a liability!

Module 1: Let’s clear stress out of the path to your life vision

This module will lay the foundation to begin healing your nervous system by freeing and redirecting your energy from what you fear to where you want to go.

You will immediately get back in the driver's seat of your life by:

  • Getting crystal clear on what your ideal life (your vision) looks like,
  • Identifying what is currently draining your energy,
  • Beginning the beautiful work of pinpointing and eliminating limiting beliefs, emotional blocks, as well as habits and patterns that hold you back,
  • Creating a specific action plan to bring intentionality in all you do to take you toward where you want to go.

Module 2: Master Your Mind

In this module, you will learn some amazing super-powers that your body can give access for you.

You will learn how to relieve your body from tension and you'll learn a party trick, (a breathing technique) that will allow you to turn off your stress response in as little as 3 minutes and regain access to your focus, creative problem solving, and peak performance on demand!

Module 4: Harness the Power Of Your Emotions


In this module, you will learn a 5-step process that will allow you to effectively unpack, process, and eliminate negative emotions so that they no longer overwhelm and derail you.

You will then be able to remain focused and trust yourself to take the right, decisive, intentional actions that help you get more done without losing time & energy to self-doubt, your inner critic, or your imposter self.

 

Module 5: Thriving in a Stressful World

In this module, we will put it all together and apply all the foundational components you learned and mastered in the first eight weeks to complete the “installation” of your "new operating system" that will allow you to establish a new way of relating to life situations that is conducive to a balanced life.

By the end of this session, you will walk away with increased self-awareness and self-compassion, grounded in your own strengths and resourceful in your stewardship of the things that matter to you the most.

How much time will this course require?
I designed this course for busy minds living busy lives. That means that you will not have to take time away from the important things in your life to apply what you'll learn in this course in your life. (You will instead learn how to claim time from worries and fears and invest it in creating internal stability and balance🥰). New content will be delivered every other Monday through short videos (The total length of videos is approximately 1- hour/week, which you can watch at a time that works for you) that will introduce you to a new way of working with your body and mind for less stress and more resilience. Every other Wednesday we will have an hour-long live integration session on Zoom, where I will be offering extra hands-on support with the implementation of the lessons, answering questions, and helping you remove obstacles along the way. We will also have the opportunity to stay connected through our private Facebook group where we will be joining hands to support one another claim our power back from stress and use it as the fuel to connect to our aspirations and to each other. Ultimately, you will be the person with the power and authority to decide how much time you would like to invest in this program.
